Online and Telephone Counselling

We offer Online and telephone counselling to individuals, it is the same level of support and confidentiality as meeting face to face with our qualified and licensed Counsellor. It can also offer suitable solutions to some of the difficulties associated with receiving treatment in a traditional therapeutic setting.

Online Counselling we offer is via Zoom or Skype, as well as email counselling. Once we send you the availability of your Counsellor you can specify either of the 3 you would prefer
